Project Description
Skateistan is a world-renowned NGO started in 2016 which, in 2023, I took the reigns over as Brand & Creative Director, leading a brand refresh, content, and high-value donor partnership strategies, securing six-figure funding from major corporates
As Communications & Creative Director, and working closely with the fundraising team and my communications department, I crafted a new strategy for the marketing and storytelling of award-winning charity Skateistan, which today operates across more than 20 locations all over the world.
This strategy included embracing and elevating our social media channels, leaning into high-value video content and community management, refreshing the brand visuals and voice, revamping the website, and engaging in specific fundraising activations as unpacked below.
Today, I continue to lead Skateistan in its comms & creative offering as it grows to become a pioneering force in not just the social-skate sector, but for sports NGOs globally.
