“Oat milk that steams like a dream, pours like velvet, and let’s the natural craft of coffee come to the fore”

Project Description

After a stratospheric rise in the European specialty coffee scene, ROA needed a Creative Director to guide their next chapter

ROA began as a small collective of friends frustrated by corporate oat m*lk. They wanted better. For baristas, for coffee, for creativity. So they made their own: an oat m*lk that performs beautifully and gives a platform to coffee, cafés, and artists. From the start, ROA saw every carton as a blank canvas — a space for creativity and community. They began collaborating with local artists who needed a platform, turning every carton into a tiny gallery.

In 2025, I joined the ROA team to refine their brand – visually and strategically – and guide the next chapter with a creative roadmap, marketing strategy, and ongoing conceptual and production support for all brand touch-points. This included brand, product, content, events and collaborations.

Together, we are positioning ROA as the conscious choice for those who value the craft of coffee, as well as emerging creatives and community. Today, ROA is found in thousands of cafés, bakeries and cultural spaces across Europe. Still fiercely independent. Still barista-first. Still giving emerging artists a platform.
